The agreement for using TripFindHere.
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Ruje Alfon, the owner and operator of TripFindHere. By registering as a User, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice . If you do not agree, do not register or use the authenticated service.

Eligibility and User access
You must be at least 18
You may register only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate User information, keep your password and verification links confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your User access has been compromised.
You are responsible for activity performed using your credentials. You may not impersonate another person, register an email address you do not control, transfer your User access, or use another User’s credentials without permission.
The service
An evolving, AI-assisted planner
TripFindHere is an alpha travel-planning service that generates and stores Philippines Itineraries from details you submit and curated reference material. The current service is offered without subscription fees. Features, limits, providers, and availability may change, and we may correct, replace, or discontinue parts of the service.
An Itinerary is generated by an artificial-intelligence model. It can be incomplete, outdated, impractical, or wrong. Prices, schedules, opening hours, weather, entry rules, safety conditions, and provider availability change. Verify important details with official or direct sources before booking, paying, traveling, or relying on an Itinerary.
TripFindHere is not a travel agency, booking service, emergency service, insurer, or provider of legal, medical, immigration, financial, or safety advice. You remain responsible for travel decisions, bookings, documents, insurance, health needs, and personal safety.
Your content and generated output
Your inputs remain yours
You retain any rights you have in the details, notes, and feedback you submit. You give us a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support TripFindHere as described in the Privacy Notice.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may lawfully use the generated output for personal or commercial purposes. AI output may resemble output generated for someone else, may include material you cannot own, and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. We do not promise that output is unique, accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Do not submit content you lack the right to use, and avoid placing sensitive personal information in optional notes unless it is necessary for your request.
Public sharing
Review before you share
Enabling sharing creates a Share Token URL that anyone who receives it can open without registering. Generated contents may reflect details you submitted even though raw input fields are not included in the public response. Review the full Itinerary before sharing it, control who receives the link, and revoke sharing when it is no longer needed. We cannot control copies made while a link was active.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and fairly
You must not:
- use TripFindHere for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or harmful activity;
- probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, rate limits, security, or service operation;
- introduce malware, scrape the service at disruptive scale, or place unreasonable load on it;
- use the service or its output to violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights; or
- misrepresent AI-generated output as verified official guidance.
Access and termination
User access may be restricted when necessary
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Users or the service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue. You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your User data through the privacy contact. Data handling after deletion is described in the Privacy Notice.
Third-party services and privacy
Other providers help operate TripFindHere
Hosting, delivery, email, database, cache, AI routing, generation, embedding, and web-search providers may process data to perform their roles. Their services may have separate terms. Our Privacy Notice explains what TripFindHere processes, why, for how long, and how to exercise your privacy rights.
Disclaimers and liability
Use your judgment
To the extent permitted by law, TripFindHere is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for losses arising from bookings, travel-provider acts, changed conditions, reliance on generated output, lost data, or interrupted access. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
Changes to these Terms
We will identify material updates
We may update these Terms as TripFindHere or the law changes. We will post the new version and effective date here and provide additional notice when a change is material or law requires it. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If law requires fresh express agreement, we will ask for it before the relevant continued use.
Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without limiting any mandatory rights available to you. Before starting a formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to resolve the concern directly.
